Mike Walker, Walker Family Shorthorns (WFS) has been a breeder of shorthorn cattle since 1997. Mike fell in love with the Shorthorn breed with their rapid growth, appearance, and docility, he was looking for a breed that his children could enjoy during their time in 4-H. The passion continues as the Family continues to grow. The family farm is located in Brooksville, Florida, about forty-five miles north of Tampa, Florida, and about sixty miles south of Ocala, Florida.
